GOLDEN SHIP CO., LTDAsset-light 4PL run by AI agents and accountable experts.
Freight rates swing, tariffs change monthly and buyers ask for carbon data. Managing ten forwarders by email no longer works. In Gartner's 2026 survey of nearly 220 supply chain leaders, 42% already outsource to a 4PL and a further 35% plan to within two years.Source: Gartner 2026 Logistics and External Manufacturing Outsourcing Trends Survey, cited by C.H. Each forwarder has its own portal, format and invoice. Nobody sees the whole network.
Contract rates expire, surcharges appear, and spot prices jump without warning.
HS codes, rules of origin, EU deforestation and carbon rules all need evidence on file.
Delays are found after the vessel sails. Teams spend the day chasing emails.
Six modules that work alone or together. Each connects to the ERP or TMS you already use, so nothing has to be replaced.
One live view of every order, booking, container and invoice across all your forwarders and carriers.
Annual tenders and daily spot buying run by an agent that follows the rules you set.

Emissions per shipment, lane and mode, calculated with the GLEC Framework and ISO 14083 method.
An AI agent does more than suggest. It reads data, takes a defined action and reports back. Each Golden Ship agent has one job, clear limits and a named human supervisor.
Runs cost, time and risk scenarios for routes, ports and stock points.
Sends RFQs, compares carrier offers and drafts award recommendations.
Creates bookings, shipping instructions and VGM, and reads B/L drafts.
Combines carrier, port and vessel data to predict arrival and spot delays early.
Turns a delay into two or three costed options: reroute, transship, air or wait.
Suggests HS codes with reasons and checks origin rules and FTA documents.
Matches invoices to contracts and events, then raises disputes.
